 b.  it’s in a Jurisdiction that we represent and advise clients in;

 c. Gather the names of Related Parties (Family, Opposing Party, Opposing Counsel, Other Professionals, etc.)

 d. Advise the Prospective Client if we are Going to Offer an Engagement as Counsel (and on what terms: Flat Fee, Hourly, Contingency, or a Hybrid) or if we need to schedule a further consultation such as a Paid One Hour or 1/2 Hour Consultation.
