Max is a New York and New Jersey licensed attorney.  He is a partner at the Firm  specializing in corporate law, civil litigation, trusts and estates, and collection issues. Prior to joining the firm, Max worked at the New York Attorney General’s Office in the Investor Protection Bureau and was the managing partner of a retail brand.
