I was in the state of New York for work and received a traffic ticket during my stay. I was referred to Attorney Barry Janay, and he reviewed my case, informed me of everything I needed to do on my end, and stayed in communication with me the entire time he was handling the case, and he successfully won a not guilty verdict. Furthermore, I would definitely recommend Attorney Barry Janay for your legal needs!

Barry Janay was referred to me through a colleague, but I was taking a chance hiring him to defend my case. Barry spelled out step-by-step what our course of action should be, advising me of realistic costs and expectations. Sure enough, he was able to bring swift and satisfactory results, well within the estimated budget. I work with lawyers throughout the world in my line of work. I'm experienced enough to know when I come across strong, keen, and well-managed legal representation. Furthermore, I will strongly recommend as well as work with Barry Janay in the future.

Attorney Janay had done a great work help me make a strategy and draft a demand letter against Apple Inc for a iPhone which is out of the service date. The iPhone 5 I used for two years had problem in the wake/sleep button and with issue in battery life. I have contacted Apple Inc for repairing, but got rejected since it is out of the service/warranty. Attorney Janay wrote a demand letter and requested the repairing with good reasoning. After a few weeks, I got a new iPhone 5 from Apple Inc. Thanks a lot for Mr Janay's help.

Barry represented my company in a collections matter. We found him to be professional and very diligent. The matter he helped us with required a lot of back-and-forth correspondence. Throughout the process Barry was on top of the details and was resolute when negotiating the terms. In addition, we found Barry to be a friendly person who was a pleasure to work with.

When I asked Mr. Janay to write a demand letter for the unjust withholding of a security deposit, he wrote the two-page letter with exhibits in just one day.
