Ashley keeps the firm running behind the scenes. As VP of Operations, she oversees the human resources side, payroll and employee relations, as well as the firm’s financial operations, from bookkeeping and accounts payable to accounts receivable and client relations. In short, she’s the person making sure everyone else can do their jobs quickly and well. She is someone who takes initiative and goes all-in, she shares in the excitement of being part of a growing firm and is proud of how much she contributes to keeping the busy practice humming.

Behind the Scenes
Ashley loves the beach and the Jersey Shore, more specifically Long Beach Island (LBI) which has some of the most beautiful beaches in the state. Outside of work, her world happily revolves around her family and her kids’ (very full) soccer schedule, with beach days and trips to South Florida. Ashley runs on Starbucks coffee and good Mexican food. Whether you need to hop on a call or just send a quick message, Ashley’s door is always open.
